I am attorney Daniel F. Klenke and as a lawyer and litigator, I have represented individuals, families, and businesses in northern Illinois for more than 25 years. I have experience in a variety of litigation and advisory settings, including courtroom and agency appearances. I am currently an Administrative Hearing Officer for the Village of Park Forest and was a past hearing office and prosecutor for the City of Aurora dealing with its administrative process. I am also a certified Guardian Ad Litem and Mediator for Kane and Kendall Counties, where I attempt to resolve custody and visitation issues by court appointment. I am an active member of several local legal organizations including CASA Kane County and the Kane County Bar Foundation. I have been a member of several Aurora service organizations and participate in the arts community.
