Kane County attorney Daniel F. Klenke has been practicing law in Aurora, Illinois for almost 25 years.  Mr. Klenke received his BA at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.  Mr. Klenke is licensed to practice in Illinois and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.  He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Kane County Bar Association, where he is active in the Family Law Committee and the Employment Law Committee.

In addition to the practice of law, Mr. Klenke also believes in giving back to the community, and he is active in many community service organizations.  He is currently an Administrative Hearing Officer for the Village of Park Forest, a certified guardian ad litem in Kane County, a qualified arbitrator, and Mr. Klenke is very active in CASA, which is the Court Appointed Special Advocates.  In his role as a volunteer CASA attorney, Mr. Klenke represents guardian ad litems in child abuse and neglect cases in the Juvenile Division of the Family Law Court on a pro bono basis.
